I gave my AIEEE 2012 ONLINE EXAM today (12th May, 2012). I dont remember the question exactly but just to give you an idea of how they were i am writing this post.
I found this paper easier as compared to offline exam held on 29th APril-2012. The question in mathematics were almost all formula and general observation based, you just had to apply the designed formula fot that type of situation or just make smart observation and get the correct answer. It will be of great help if you remember the general formula for different conics and their tangents etc and formulae of probabilities(I got a circular distribution question = direct formula based).
Chemistry was very simple and slightly based on facts too. If you have prepared for IITJEE and have got decent knowledge on NCERT you can do chemistry very very easily.(I have always noticed that if you prepare of IITJEE, you are halfway well prepared for AIEEE, and if you prepare for AIEEE then you are halfway prepared for GGSIPU)

Now for physics, it was easier than the offline exam , involved very less calculations had easy but tricky questions, they were like you look at the question and then you immediately feel this is the answer but on some close observation you realize no it isn't!
So, just keep the offline paper in your mind and do previous years papers thoroughly(there were around 3-4 questions repeated from them according to me), and expect 2 questions from communication systems chapeter for sure, one comprising of logic gates. (:
